Questions
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Free plans 10 new videos a month with no card. Upgrade any time from your dashboard.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from Billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, from Billing. A bigger plan starts at once, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
- Who handles payments?
- Our reseller and Merchant of Record, who takes the payment and handles tax. Your card details never reach our servers.
- Does it post to YouTube for me?
- Not yet. You upload in YouTube Studio, TikTok or Instagram as you do today; StreakPlan plans, scripts and reminds. Uploading from here is on the way.
- How long can a script be?
- As long as you like. Pick your target in Settings, from 30 seconds to 3 minutes, and the script box marks a script red once it runs past it.
- What counts as a new video?
- Each video you add. Moving it along, editing it or deleting it later never counts again. The count starts over each month.
