These terms govern your use of StreakPlan (the "Service"), provided by StreakPlan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you agree on its behalf.
1. Your account
You need an account to use most of the Service. Keep access to your email address and Google account secure: anyone who can read your sign-in codes can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and you must be at least 16 years old.
2. Plans, payment and taxes
The Service has a free plan and paid plans, described on the pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh). Polar is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Polar handles payments, invoices, sales tax and VAT, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not charged again. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice.
3. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, through the Service;
- send spam, malware or harmful content, or use the Service to harass anyone;
- try to access other customers' data, probe or overload our systems, or get around limits or security measures;
- resell or share the Service outside your plan, or scrape or copy it to build a competing product.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, with notice where we reasonably can.
5. Your content
What you put into the Service stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store, process and show it to provide the Service to you, and nothing more. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload.
6. AI-generated output
Parts of the Service may use AI models to produce text or other output. Output can be wrong or incomplete, and similar output may be produced for other users. Review it before you rely on or publish it.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or retire features; if we retire the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid period not used.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account any time from Settings in your dashboard. We may end these terms if you break them. Sections 5, 8 and 11 survive.
10. Partner program
Any account can join the partner program from Earn in the dashboard and gets a link. Someone who opens your link and creates an account within 90 days is your customer. You earn the share shown on your Earn page of every payment they make (without tax, after any discount and refund), for as long as they pay. Only one level counts: nobody earns from their customers' customers.
Earnings wait the time shown on Earn after each payment (30 days unless it says otherwise), in case of a refund, and can then be paid out once the minimum shown on Earn is reached, by the methods offered there. A refund takes back its share, from your next payout if it was already paid. You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn, and for giving correct payout details: money sent to the details you confirmed cannot be recovered by us.
Do not send spam, buy ads on the StreakPlan name, pretend to be us, or sign yourself up through your own link. If you do, we may close your partner account and void earnings not yet paid. We may change the program's terms with 30 days' notice; earnings from payments already made keep the share they were earned at.
11. Law and changes to these terms
We may update them; for a material change we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Questions: hello@streakplan.com.
